There are four ways you can add transactions to Coinpanda:

1. API keys

You can connect your exchange accounts with API keys to Coinpanda to auto-sync transactions. Note that not all exchanges support API integration. You will need to use one of the other methods in that case. Learn more

2. File import

Download CSV or XLSX files containing your transaction history from exchanges, wallets, or apps. Learn more

3. Generic Excel file

Enter transactions manually in our generic file template and upload the file to Coinpanda. You would usually do this for exchanges without API support or allow you to download the trade history. Learn how to import transactions using the generic Excel file.

4. Add manually

You can add transactions manually, one by one, from the Transactions page. We generally don't recommend doing this, but instead, a better solution is usually to use the generic file template, even for a few transactions. Learn how to manually enter transactions.
