You can import CSV/XLSX files exported from more than 600+ exchanges, wallets, and services to Coinpanda. The steps for importing files are identical for all exchanges, so in this article, we will show this process step-by-step for Kraken.

Step 1 - Add Wallet

Start by adding a wallet for the exchange, blockchain, or service. In this case, we will click on Kraken, which opens the modal window below. Give your wallet a new name or leave it as default. Next, click the Upload File window.

Step 2 - Upload the file

Next, you will need to select the file you want to upload. If you are unsure how to download the CSV/XLSX file, click the link in the modal window, which will take you to a detailed help article. When you have your file ready, click the box to select your file. You can also drag and drop the file if you prefer. Click Import Transactions to start uploading the selected file.

You will see the modal window below when the file has been imported successfully. In this case, Coinpanda imported 11 transactions successfully.

Fixing file upload errors

If you are not able to upload a CSV file, it means that either the file format has changed recently or that Coinpanda has not added support for the file yet. In either case, a support ticket is automatically created, and we will manually check why the file didn't import.
