Have you used the Crypto.com mobile app, VISA card, or exchange? Read this guide to find out how to import all your transactions to Coinpanda to calculate your taxes accurately.

Crypto.com App incl. VISA card

  1. Log in to the app and go to Accounts

  2. Click the transaction history icon in the top-right corner

  3. Click the export icon in the top right corner

  4. Select Crypto Wallet in the first menu dropdown

  5. Select a start and end date that includes your entire transaction history (you can set the end date to today)

  6. Click Export to CSV

  7. Repeat the previous steps for Fiat Wallet and Crypto.com Visa Card

  8. Upload all files to Coinpanda

Not all transactions will be exported correctly from Crypto.com, so you must verify that the imported data looks correct.

You can contact us in the Live Chat if you see any transactions missing or imported incorrectly, and we will check that for you.

Crypto.com Exchange

You can import transactions using CSV file upload or connecting your account with API keys.

API sync

  1. Go to the Profile page by hovering over the user icon in the top-right corner and clicking Profile
    (https://crypto.com/exchange/user/settings/profile)

  2. Click the ‘API Keys’ tab on the left side

  3. Click ‘Create a new API key’

  4. Give your key a name (ex: Coinpanda), enter your 2FA code, and click ‘Create API’

  5. Make sure that only ‘Can Read’ is ticked off and ‘Unrestricted’ is selected for IP access

  6. Copy the API key and Secret key to Coinpanda

CSV file upload

  1. Go to the Wallets page by hovering over Wallets in the top-right corner and clicking Spot Wallet
    (https://crypto.com/exchange/wallets/spot/balances)

  2. Click ‘Order History’ on the left side

  3. Click ‘Export History’ in the top-right corner

  4. Select a start and end date, tick off ‘Select All’ for currency, and click ‘Export to CSV’

  5. Select the ‘Export History’ tab and download the file when ready

  6. The Zip file will contain four CSV files, but the only file you need is SPOT_TRADE.csv

  7. Follow the same steps as described above, but select ‘Transaction History’ instead of ‘Order History’ on the left side

  8. Make sure that ‘Transaction History’ is selected in the dropdown

  9. The Zip file will contain four CSV files, but the only files you need are DEPOSIT.csv and WITHDAWAL.csv

  10. Upload the three CSV files to Coinpanda
