Several reasons exist why not all transactions have been imported using auto-sync with API.

The exchange does not provide all data from API but is not mentioned in our Exchange API limitation article
The exchange has changed its API, so we need to update this on our end
You should first verify that not all transactions were imported by comparing the data imported to Coinpanda with your trade or order history after logging in to your exchange account.
If you see data in your account that is not imported, contact Live Chat support and we will investigate this.
