Some exchanges don't provide Coinpanda access to the entire transaction history using API keys. If you have traded on these exchanges, you may also have to import a CSV file to ensure the entire transaction history has been imported.

Binance does not allow syncing transactions for delisted currencies/trading pairs. If you have traded a coin or trading pair that has been delisted, you will need to import these using a CSV file or by adding them manually. The KuCoin API does not provide withdrawal fee details before February 18th, 2019. You will need to add fees to your withdrawals manually to fix this.

As of January 2022, KuCoin has removed support for importing trade history before February 18th, 2019. You will need to export a CSV file with your trade history before February 18th and upload the file to Coinpanda.

Unfortunately, there are also many other unknown limitations with the KuCoin API. It is not entirely clear what other transactions are missing from their API, so we recommend that you verify that all data has been imported as best as you can. Spot trades can only be imported from the last 6 months. You will need to upload a CSV file in addition if you have older spot trades than this.

Huobi only provides trade history from the past four months through their web interface and API. If you have older transactions, you will need to contact Huobi customer support to get your complete transaction history sent as a CSV file to your email address.

OKX only provides trade history from the past three months through their web interface and API. If you have older transactions, you will need to contact OKX customer support to get your complete transaction history sent as a CSV file to your email address.

However, deposits and withdrawals older than three months can still be imported from API at this current time.

Bibox only provides trade history from the past four months through their web interface and API. If you have older transactions, you will need to contact Bibox customer support to get your complete transaction history sent as a CSV file to your email address.

Bitstamp might have suffered a data loss between February 2018 and March 2018, so trades around this period may not be imported. We recommend adding the missing trades by uploading a CSV file in addition.

Only trade history after July 30, 2021, is available from API. You must upload a CSV file in addition to importing from API if you have older trades dating back before this date.

AscendEx only provides trade history from the past three months through their web interface and API. If you have older transactions, you will need to contact AscendEx customer support to get your complete transaction history sent as a CSV file to your email address.

BitMart only provides trade history from the past three months from the API. You will need to upload a CSV file in addition if you have older spot trades than this.

Rewards from the Earn program are not available from the API. These transactions must be imported by uploading a CSV file, which you can export from your Bitrue account. The file you should export is called "Bonuses".

The Phemex API has several limitations, making it impossible to import all contract trading transactions from the API. Our recommended solution today is to import all your deposits, withdrawals, and spot trades with API and your contract trades (closed pnl, fees, funding payments) using CSV files.

NiceHash does not allow exporting your spot trade history from their website currently. You must import using API if you have traded on the spot exchange.

Transactions like staking rewards, bonuses, airdrops, and other rewards are not provided by the API. Because of this, you might see a different balance on Coinpanda than what you have in your exchange account. You will need to add any such missing transactions by uploading a CSV file.
