When you first create your account, you will be asked to select a Local Currency. This is the fiat currency that Coinpanda will calculate your portfolio and capital gains in. You can also import transactions for other fiat currencies, but the market prices, cost basis, and capital gains will always be calculated in your local currency.

In almost all cases, you should set the local currency to the official currency in the country you report taxes to.

Coinpanda supports all fiat currencies in the world. If you don't see the fiat currency used in your country, you can send us a message in the Live Chat, as we sometimes have to add lesser-known currencies to the software manually.
