When you first create your account, you will be asked to specify a Base currency. This is the fiat currency that Coinpanda will calculate your capital gains for. You can of course import transactions for other fiat currencies, but the market prices, cost basis, and capital gains/losses will all be calculated in your base currency.

In most cases, you should set the base currency to the currency you will be reporting your taxes in.

Coinpanda supports all fiat currencies in the world. If you don't see the fiat currency that you use in your country, then you can send us a message in the Live Chat as we sometimes have to manually add lesser-known currencies to the software.
