API sync shows "ERROR"

This error can show up for a few reasons:

  • Your API keys have expired or are otherwise not active any longer

  • You have defined IP restrictions while creating them

  • The exchange or blockchain API might experience some server issues

  • There is an error in our code for fetching and importing data

You should first verify that the API keys entered are active. If they are, you can contact customer support in the Live chat, and we will check this in more detail.
