You can import downloaded CSV/XLSX files from more than 100 exchanges, wallets and apps to Coinpanda. The way you import files is identical for all exchanges, so in this article we will show this process step-by-step for Huobi.
Step 1 - Add new wallet
Start by adding a wallet for the exchange/wallet/app/service you want to import file to. In this case we will click on Huobi which takes us to the "Add new Huobi wallet" page shown below. Give your wallet a name, or leave it as is. Next, click Add wallet.
After adding your Huobi wallet, you will be taken to the detailed wallet page as shown below. Here you will see two windows. On the right side, you will see a button for + Upload new file. Click this button to open the file upload modal.
Step 2 - Upload file
Next, you will need to select the file you want to upload. If you are unsure how to download the CSV/XLSX file, click the link in the modal window which will take you to a detailed help article. When you have your file ready, click where it says "Drop file here or click to upload" to select your file. You can also drag and drop the file if you prefer. Click Upload to import the selected file.
When your file has been imported successfully, you will see the import details on the wallet page. In this case, Coinpanda imported 116 transactions, 0 skipped, and 0 errors. You can also choose to delete all imported transactions from the file by clicking the trash can icon.
Fixing file upload errors
If you get an error message saying File format not supported, it means that either the file format has changed recently, or that Coinpanda hasn't added support for the exchange/service/app yet. In either case, a support ticket is automatically created and we will manually check why the file didn't import. You should normally expect to receive an email from our support staff within 2-4 days.
